The login screen prompts for username/password after entering it continues to load gnome as usual, but appears to crash hard while loading applets.
Everything is at default settings. If I switch to a VT console, X fails to load and spits out a few errors related to MTRR then tries starting again. If I let it load it will crash with the screen garbled as though video memory is at issue.
