Hi, I used to have emacs-cvs installed. Now I use emacs-snapshot.
But I think I compiled and installed emacs-cvs from source (long time ago) and not using synaptic. It seems that something went wrong when I uninstalled it (a few months ago). I have just used the command /usr/lib/emacsen-common/emacs-remove emacs-cvs to remove it from the flavors of emacs and everything works fine. Sorry about that. You can safely change the status of the bug to "invalid". I am sure it was my fault.
