Well it seems to; with that list of modules I previously said I've had the best results so far I've seen on Ubuntu; I left it from Sunday evening until midday Saturday and on restart it was at 72% - not great but that's a hell of a lot better than when it was dropping to 70% or less overnight. (This is 2.6.27-7.12 on Intrepid). I haven't gone back and tried taking out the module list with the latest kernel. Renato: Have you compared the configuration of the debian kernel to the Ubuntu one is there anything in the debian changelog that looks promising?
