Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: alsa-firmware-loaders

The /lib/udev/tascam_fw script (in alsa-firmware-loaders) seem to be
expecting a /proc/bus/usb/ style path, which doesn't seem to work
properly. The solution I've used was to replace "proc" with "dev". I'm
attaching a modified version (which works for me, but it's ugly/proof of
concept quality).

Note: I'm not sure if it's *all* that is needed to get US428 to work -
I've been fiddling with various things for some time before getting it
to work. But it doesn't seem to function without that change.

** Affects: alsa-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
