I build a patch with https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18150 Then I do: sudo apt-get install apt-src sudo apt-src get xserver-xorg-input-evdev sudo apt-src install xserver-xorg-input-evdev cd xserver-xorg-input-evdev-2.0.99+git20080912/src sudo kate evdev.c [Add l in the line that Albert Damen said] cd .. sudo apt-src build xserver-xorg-input-evdev sudo dpkg -i xserver-xorg-input-evdev_2.0.99+git20080912-0ubuntu5_amd64.deb And fix in ubuntu intrepid.
