As a workaround, this feature is actually in klaptopdaemon, in the
kicker, but you have to enable it.

However, klaptopdaemon is quite buggy, and kpowersave in dapper works a
lot better.

In edgy, the powersave stuff is being rewritten - hopefully we'll see
good hibernating/suspending things then.
