I think that what usr is trying to express is that Fedora with KDE works as well as Fedora with Gnome. Actually, in my own opinion with the distro it works better. Same for Mandriva, Suse, and most other distros. The system is more polished and the system management tools are better integrated. In contract, Kubuntu feels like KDE slapped onto a Gnome system.
That said, I agree that the word "Fedora" should be removed from Affects.
