100% reproducible.

Steps:
1. Open a big image with EOG (just double clic in nautilus)
2. Press key "1" (this will set zoom to 100%)
3. Try to scroll the image using only the keyboard:
- you can't!
- documentation says arrow keys, but they display next image instead of
scrolling.
