While doing a clean install with the new Alpha5 (should have waited and
got Alpha6 today) I could not boot after installing.
This is what I did:
Set up LVM with encryption on /dev/hdb (SATA300) AES 256
Accepted option for encrypted home folder
Installed GRUB to MBR on hd0
Rebooted, old grub config was used, grub was not installed properly
(installed on hd1,4), used supergrub boot disc to find proper grub
configuration.
Received warning about BIOS not leaving a memory something or other
(lose 64MB of memory) and it locked. Rebooted, proceeded to USplash and
never booted. Restarted without the options 'splash quite' System hung
on detecting USB card readers for about 5-10 minutes. Then when
proceeding to read the actual installation, I was not asked for a
password and received an error about the cryptographic module. I could
not read the error, it was scrolling to fast to read it.
