Some notes from debug I did in another bug: I tried "modprobe -r" / "modprobe" in a loop and couldn't trigger the bug.
I also noticed that snd-hda-intel was often on the screen when it crashed, so I tried modprobing that as well at the same time, to no luck. Finally, I also get hangs with thinkpad-acpi on boot since about the same time.
