*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 111308 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/111308
Hi Daniel, this is not a bug, but a "feature" of the gtk-frontend. In all gtk- applications the combination ctrl+shift+u is used to activate the input of unicode-characters. There are several possibilities to cope with that: Either you have to force the use of xim as input-method for ooo (if you do not need the feature, I do), or you simply will need to change the shortcut. This behavior is known, please refer to Bug #111308 for further information. ** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 111308 German localization should not use ctrl-shift-u for underline -- Formatting text with STRG+U doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/273704 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
