I can confirm this issue. This really isn't a Yakuake issue as it will happen with any shortcut that you try to set the 'Menu' key as. I believe this is an issue with KHotKeys, which is a part of the kdebase- workspace-bin package, so I am changing the package name to that. Thanks!
