FYI: there are a lot of bugs that were reported a long time ago as yours and when they were fixed the user forgot to say that it had been fixed. That's the reason why people asks you on every release and it could be your case.
Maybe someone should remember you that Ubuntu is maintained overall by volunteers. Volunteers who spend their free time trying to improve a product and helping other people in the community. But always *as a hobbie*, not as a job, keep it in mind.
