That's because it is just filed against 'linux', which is not just the
Intrepid kernel. You have the option of 'Nominate for release' at the
top of the page, where you can nominate for fixing in a particular
release. The release manager will then accept or decline the nomination.
If accepted, it's status will be tracked in Intrepid, and will appear on
the list of Intrepid bugs.
