I have sugestion for network manager: how about making network manager smarter
for wired network.. for example i have multiple profiles with static ip
when connected network manager should remember and learn neighboring mac
address (or gateway mac adress)
then when choosing connection profile correctly which profile by searching
learned neighboring mac address
