Public bug reported:
I am using Ubuntu intrepid (development branch) on a Dell Inspiron 6000.
Changing the screen illumination with "Fn+Arrow UP/DOWN" produces the following
effects:
1)The illumination changes coorectly
2)The small illumination bar appears but the bar level is fixed to 0
3)The keyboard freezes
If I log out and in then everything is back to normal.
