Since Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) is currently in freeze, the packages
are not updated any more (only critical bugs are fixed). Even 0.2.2 was
released after the freeze.

Ubuntu 9.04 will contain the newer version.

Note that osmo 0.2.2 is available in Debian (I will upload 0.2.4 soon)
if you want to get and install the .deb file from there
(http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=osmo)
