I am also having the same problem with GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8x card. This card was working perfectly with SUSE10.3. After I installed Hardy and tried to use the restricted driver, GDM started crashing. I even tried to remove the restricted driver and "nv", and installed Nvidia driver but even that did not help. What else do I need to remove to get the Nvidia Driver working ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks SupportGuy.
