I install old 2.6.12 Breezy kernel and the bug is not present on this kernel. Reassuming the bug is on 2.6.17 Edgy kernel, 2.6.15 Dapper kernel, but not on 2.6.12 Breezy kernel, so some patch introduced between Breezy and Dapper release cause this bug. Tomorrow I'll try to compile a 2.6.19-rc5 vanilla kernel and will post result.
