Tommaso, the problems that you describe do not match this bug description. This bug is about: - sometimes the system thinks that a key is still pressed although it has been released already, resulting in key repeat for that key - no freezing, the system will recover from the "stuck key" by itself after about one second This bug is NOT about: - freezing of the whole X window system, recoverable or not - problems with only very specific keys and/or applications (at least so far it couldn't be narrowed down to specific appllications)
