Public bug reported:
When in the menu "sound preferences", the following error message is
obtained when testing :
"audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample !
gconfaudiosink profile=chat: Failed to connect stream: Invalid argument"
Moreover, Totem is completely unable to read media files, always
emitting the exact same error message "Failed to connect stream :
invalid argument", whereas VLC works flawlessly.
