I finally got stable Eclipse running... Had to 1. Download Eclipse from their website (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) 2. Download and install Sun Java 64 bit 3. Point Eclipse to that JVM

Anyway its stable as long as I don't push "Web browser" then it will fail with a GWT error.
