If the daemon hasn't detected a bluetooth device, the applet doesn't
show up. Manually forcing the properties to show up doesn't change this.
There is no bug here with bluez-gnome, if you are having issues with
the applet showing up, make sure you can use the command line tools to
play with your device (hcitool and friends) before pointing fingers at
the applet.
