dhclient doesn't work because eth0 is up and show ipaddress, the problem seems due to a dns trouble. Sure i dunno why knetworkmanager applet show eth0 unmanaged. Anyway, till now that network is working afert a pair of restart of network icon is gray say unmanaged.
