James, First, nice find with the synaptics touchpad thing, I bet whomever put that on the wiki can shed a bit more insight into what's going on here. For now though, I think `synclient -l` output would be more informative. What you have here is the `synclient -m n` output, which just shows the current position that the touchpad is reading (if I read the man page right), so it makes sense that its different. I could just be mis- interpreting what you pasted---did you capture specific finger positions before and after suspend? Thanks,
