I have a dell XPS M1530 running iwlagn driver and after upgrading from Hardy to Intrepid Beta, i get kernel panics when wifi is busy. It seems to be triggered much more frequently in certain environments with heavy wifi traffic. In this case I always get a kernel panic 20 seconds after boot up but in other busy environments it may take hours. It may thus depend on whether it is 802.11n or g traffic. Id be surprised if this isnt a widespread problem.
