Oh I'm so sorry - I forgot I even filed this! I no longer use/have the laptop in question so I'm afraid I can't get you any info about it now... Also my new laptop works perfectly for all cd/dvd burning (except brazero likes to freak out when i run multiple instances of it) so thanks for that! I suppose if nobody else has had this problem then you can just close this as invalid?
