Having the same problem. ICA crash with this message: The X Request 12.0 caused error: "2 : BadValue (Integer parameter out of range for operation)".
System: Dell Optiplex 320 with ATI Radeon (the most crappy piece of hardware I ever had). Ubuntu 8.04 Citrix ICA for Linux 10.06.115659 Libmotif3 2.2.3-2. I disabled the "Visual Effects" with success regarding the message and crash. The window resize problem, is still there under certain circumstances. If I first resize the window using the panel bar, then the resize problem occur if I use the window button next time.
