It isn't recommended to use accents in files name, on Internet and on Linux as well. Ok, that's not an element of response. I think this problem can come from two different characters encoding (for example UTF-8 for Ubuntu and a soft using ISO-8859-1). The strange thing is that happen when you download a file from Internet (with Ubuntu not Windows I guess).
