After a night of less sleep, I got the radius server running. If I may speak honestly, I would suggest to create modules-available and modules- enabled for modules derived from the old freeradius 1.x modules {} section, i.e. ldap, pap, mschap, ...
The modules-section as about 1180 lines (including many comments), so to not have the folder and some sample config snippets, users have exactly to know, what they have to configure here. A second point is the pidfile handling. The paths in radiusd.conf should be: run_dir = ${localstatedir}/run/freeradius pidfile = ${run_dir}/freeradius.pid otherwise freeradius won't start nor stop the service. -- [intrepid] freeradius modules are missing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/277103 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
