It'd actually be a bit more complex than that. The new fusa is essentially meant to merge the functionality of the old fusa and logout applets, thus the new fusa needs to be displayed if *either* old fusa or logout applet is currently configured in the panel, and appear at the respective place (with preferring the location of the logout applet) > but I would be a little worried about fallout in things like the > "Add to Panel" dialog and things like that where we'd need to ensure > that we accurately display what is going to happen. Ideally the logout applet wouldn't even appear there any more, as far as I can see.
