Same bug here with kubuntu hardy and KDE 3.5 + latest packages of 4.1.1 from ppa. The bug started when I upgraded to 4.1.1. it wasn't present in 4.1.0. I have cervisia and cervisia-kde4 installed. So this looks very much like a bug introduced in the transition from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 in the ppa packages.
