FFmpeg does only have an h264 decoder, not an encoder. Encoding to h264 is only possible using x264 AFAIUI transcode btw correctly notices that: > [export_ffmpeg.so] v0.3.13 (2004-08-03) (video) Lavc1d.51.38.0 | (audio) > MPEG/AC3/PCM > [export_ffmpeg.so] Could not find a FFMPEG codec for 'h264'. > [transcode] warning : (encoder.c) video export module error: init failed > ms [ 0 (A) | -31 ms ] Nothing to fix here, as far as I see. -- Gruesse/greetings, Reinhard Tartler, KeyID 945348A4 -- transcode: can't encode using ffmpeg's h264 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/276519 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
