Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gvfs
This is on a new system with old hardware. amd X2 64 4200+>Nvidia 6150Se> 1Gig of ram. After a clean install and applying all updates when i delete a file to the trash, sometimes it shows up in the trash, and sometimes it does not. Trash icon is saying no trash and there is trash inside, also icon shows trash inside after i have deleted trash. Then when i go into trying to remove the trash i have to click two times on empty trash before it emptys. Also after doing this a couple times the empty trash tab becomes grey, then i can not empty trash. This happens on 32-bit ubuntu 8.04Lts and 64bit. Not sure if its a hardware issue. After rebooting it lets me empty trash a couple times then just replicates the same behaviour as before. Driving me Nuts. Thanks I miss my Ubuntu. ** Affects: gvfs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- trash will not empty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/275731 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
