uname -a
Linux pc1 2.6.27-4-generic #1 SMP Wed Sep 24 01:30:51 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux

today i updated but the problem is still there. i give you a
working_dmesg and a working_lspci-wnn. this means that the LAN was
working at that time. after a warm reboot it stoped working so i
included a not_working_dmesg and a not_working_lspci-wnn. you can
compair the two

after some reboots disabling an enabling LAN in bios it start working
again untill next reboot and then i have to do the same in bios.

i hope this helps you in finding a toxic for the bug. thanks for the
good work
