Seeing the same issue here using the KRDC frontend. I can also confirm that this problem was introduced in Edgy; I never saw it on Dapper. For me, however, the corruption occurs whenever I scroll up, regardless of the speed I scroll at.
I'm including another screenshot, because I'm not sure this is the same issue that Gilbert is having. I see artifacts only when scrolling up and the artifacts appear only inside the viewport being scrolled.
