Does this crash still occur with more recent versions of kmail? If so could you
please provide us with the following information:
what version of kubuntu do you currently use?
What version of kmail currently displays the crash?
If you are able to induce the crash at will could you please install the
package kdepim-dbg then induce the crash. This will fill in all the
lines that say 'no debugging symbols found' on the current trace and
hopefully help us track down the problem
