There is an extra confusion if sshfs *is* installed, but the user is not
in the fuse group: fusermount cannot be run, but the SSH syncing option
is simply not available. It would be helpful if the warning dialog could
distinguish between sshfs not being installed and not having appropriate
permissions (in my case I'm a user on a large Ubuntu system at work, and
hence not in the fuse group: fusermount's permissions are problematic
for Tomboy users who aren't their own sysadmins)
