It sounds like you are able to reproduce this crash consistently. The Kcrash output is missing a lot of debugging symbols. If possible could you install the package kdepim-dbg which contains these symbols then induce the crash again and attach the crash output. Hopefully this should give us some more information to find the cause of the problem.
