Public bug reported: Binary package hint: lastfm
Last.fm on Ubuntu defaults to using the Alsa sound driver. In fact, this is the only option. Going to Tools > Options, Radio > Audio > System, the only option is "Alsa". Last.fm should also support PulseAudio. This is the default sound driver in Ubuntu Hardy, and is much more manageable for multiple programs trying to use sound. If I try to open Last.fm while another program is trying to play music (Rhythmbox, a flash application in Firefox), Last.fm displays an error. Moreover, if I try to open Rhythmbox while Last.fm is open (even if it's not playing), Rhythmbox will display an error. ** Affects: lastfm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- lastfm should use pulseaudio https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/273662 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
