This problem occured yet again.
I was just using kmail, and suddenly it asks me to enter password for
server, I restart it and again.. I open kwalletmanager and I see 0
wallets....

kded using 100% cpu (on kmail start) can not access kwallet ; kwalletmanager
shows 0 passwords
