SYMPTOMS: The latest FF has a blank homepage
chrome://ubufox/content/startpage.html is blank but acts as the
homepage.
CAUSE: Unknown
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ open FF on the latest cds
2/ Note the lack of homepage
