I installed on my nc6220 with hardy-install linux-image-2.6.27-3-generic
System boots with almost no problem, but I had to copy the ipw2200 firmware same as here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/261886/comments/4 resume from suspend-to-ram is much improved. The last couple of times it came up with no problem within seconds. I also had resumes before where it took somewhat longer.
