Actually, it is Nautilus that should show the icon. I know the icon is
there somewhere, because dolphin shows it.

When kgpg is installed, it adds the necessary MIME actions (or, at
least, the decrypt action), but no icon. This is certainly an issue with
seahorse (since seahorse *is* Gnome) but, for the sake of consistency,
kgpg should do the same.

I do not know which KDE package the icons come... Kleopatra? I do not
know, also if this would be considered to be an issue for KDE (but I
think it should, for completeness: some users, myself included, run a
mix of KDE and Gnome applications).
