Public bug reported:

Problem:
In some overview pages in the documentation (Ubuntu's Help Center) the
background color is red which is, combining with blue colored text, sometime
quite difficult to read (depending on the brightness/contrast and light
conditons, not so bright laptop lcd's, etc.).

Other users reported that the background color is brown (which does not
make reading difficult) or blue (...don't know about the text-color in
this case!) [1] [2].

Suggestion:
The documentation should have one (at least as default) color "text &
background" combination, easy to read.

Examples:
Activate Ubuntu's Help Center with "F1" and look for example at "Adding,
Removing and Updating Applications" or "Internet and Networks".
