I can confirm this. I have the same problem with Intel 965GM(X3100). Performance is degraded compared to hardy and there are missing textures(celestia looks just like on Roberto's screenshot). Performance was even worse and I was getting "Failed to initialize TTM buffer manager. Falling back to classic." message when running OpenGL applications till now but the last update improved things a little.
