"vmbuilder --help" gives usage information common to all hypervisors /
distros.
Most options are hypervisor/distro-specific and are documented through (for
example) "vmbuilder kvm ubuntu --help".
"vmbuilder --help" should point to this specific sub-help to make it more
discoverable.
