Public bug reported: Last time I was using kmail, it asked for passphrase and then stored it for some time.
Now this is not the case (I set it all up again on new os). I use kgpg (to create keys etc), and kmail; I have to enter passphrase each time even if I view message 3 seconds later again. This is really bad.
