Public bug reported:

My system has one boot drive, and one raid0 user drive, /dev/md0, for my data
Everything worked fine with kernel 2.6.26-5-generic
Everything works fine now with kernel 2.6.27-2-generic
But if I try to boot with kernel 2.6.26-5-generic, the raid0 drive cannot be
mounted.
I want to use the older kernel so I can use my vmware virtual machine which
will not work with the 2.6.27 kernel.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
