I have run alpha-4 and now alpha-5 and the problem persists, immediately after booting (with nosplash and no quiet) :
"Booting paravirtualized kernel on bare hardware" The strange thing is that the problem is not exactly reproducible, if I boot 10 times the problem will maybe show up 5 times, and the other 5 times it boots fine.
